Find and join your team
Your team's games and practices are probably on PuckFinder already. Follow it for the schedule, join it as your player's parent for RSVPs, the roster and team chat.
Help › Find and join your team
Three ways in, fastest first
- An invite link from your teamIf your manager sent a text or email from PuckFinder, open it. It signs you in, lands you on the team and links your player. Nothing else to do.
- Find your teamGo to
puckfinder.app/t(or Teams → Find a team in the app). Search by team name or pick your player's birth year. Every association team already on PuckFinder is listed with its next games, coaches and how many families are in. No account needed to look. - Follow, then joinFollow this team puts the schedule on your Schedule tab right away — it's the association's public calendar, so there's nothing to approve. To RSVP, see the roster and join the team chat, tap Is your player on this team?, pick your player on the roster (or add them), and the team's admin gets a tap to approve you. If the phone number or email you signed up with is already on the roster, you're in on the spot.
Nobody runs the team on PuckFinder yet?
You can still follow the schedule. Your request to join is kept, and whoever claims the team sees the families waiting first. Know the manager? The team page has a Know the manager? button — send them the link. If that's you, tap I run this team: the roster and schedule are already loaded, and once the claim is approved you get invites, RSVPs, lines and chat.
What a follower sees, and doesn't
Following shows the schedule, the coaches' names and how many families are in. Rosters, contact details, medical notes, RSVPs and chat are only for the team's own members, after an admin lets you in. Your player's information is never shown on the public page.
